This year's auction was held March 10, 2012 at the Radnor Valley Country Club in Villanova at 7pm.  It was an exciting evening where every parents participation was encouraged and proceeds supported the advancement of Sacred Heart.  This year's theme is "Go For The Gold", honoring the 2012 Summer Olympians.

 The Mother's Association of Sacred Heart is
"Off and Running" with this year's annual auction "Go For The Gold"
March 10, 2012 7-11pm at The Radnor Valley Country Club in Villanova. 
 
Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner, open bar, live band, our "Win My Heart" raffle, David Yurman Jewelry raffle and unique prizes auctioned throughout the evening. The most popular items were the student's creative artwork, trips, sports tickets, golf, and popular class baskets that each class donated. The auction was hosted by the Mother's Association and all proceeds went toward the school. 
 
7:00 pm Registration and Silent Auction open - Pre-swipe credit cards for Redemption-free line.
8:00 pm Dinner and Dancing. 
8:30 pm Live Auction.  Kids/Family Silent Table and Sports/College Silent Tables close.
9:15 pm Luxury and Sacred Heart Tables Close. 
10:00 pm Win My Heart Raffle Announcement and Jewelry Raffle Announcement.  Redemption opens.
10-11 pm Open Bar, Candy Bar, Live Band.

Steps for handing in silent auction donation items:
 
1. Fill Out Form.  (Every donation including Live auction, Gift certificates, Class basket, Class crafts need a form).  Donation cannot be accepted without a donation form.

2. Hand in 2 Copies of the Donation Form along with the Auction Item to Sacred Heart Main Reception as soon as possible.
   • Copy Renee Marino for Auction Input.
   • Second Copy for Auction Committee.  
   • Keep a copy for yourself.
 
3.  For All Gift Certificates, please make a copy for yourself and hand in the gift certificate along with the donation form to Reception. 
 
The auction committee will pick up your donation at school.  
Firm deadline of all auction items due February 20 for catalogue acknowledgement.  All items will be listed on our web-site for all to preview the gala auction and patron recognition.
